100 Years of Pi Kappa Phi at Cornell University
November 1921
Psi Chapter traces it's orgins to 308 Bryant Avenue in Collegetown where the Komos Club convened in the Fall of 1921. The early fraternal organization expands and moves to 115 Ridgewood Road (present day Sigma Delta Tau sorority). The Great Depression reduces membership and by 1937 the house is abandoned.
1949
The chapter is refounded at 722 University Avenue on West Campus. Notable alumni from this era include Bob Wilcox '66 and Bill Newell '68. Membership dwindles from Vietnam War and the house closes again in 1986.

As part of the Centennial Anniversary, the Psi Chapter Alumni Corp. and Pi Kappa Phi Properties are embarking on an ambitious restoration and preservation project to ensure the next 100 years of Psi Chapter's success at Cornell University.
